[phpwslistings-dev] Welcome Wendall

I've added Wendall as a developer to the project.  He was already working 
on a number of modifications which happened to have been submitted as RFEs 
by others.

He is pretty familiar with phpwslistings and hopefully will be able to 
knock off some of the RFEs that I can't spare a moment for.

Be warned:  He is from Idaho.
