Yeah I noticed.

The problem is that the website uploads pictures with 600 permissions and 
they are owned by nobody:nobody, which is the user that apache runs on.  
So I can't change those pictures nor can I move pictures into there from 
the shell.

Mike Noyes said I need to file an SF.net support request to have them set 
a group switch on there.  I'll do it later.  He did it for ffl.
