[phpwslistings-dev] support requests

We've gotten a handful (ok maybe 3) support requests that have basically 
all been people thinking phpwsListings was a stand-alone app, as opposed 
to a phpWebSite module.

I'm going to update the docs/INSTALL document to more clearly explain the 
need for a _working_ phpWebSite install first and then I'll post it to the 
Doc Manager on the website.
