#80 Ability to toggle wysiwyg edit

I would like to see a feature added to phpwslistings that
allows you to turn on wysiwyg editing of text and
textbox form elements. I have received a number of
requests from my users who want to add a bulleted list
of items to textboxes. I've repeatedly explained to them
how to type the appropriate html code to make this
happen or how to add <BR> for line breaks, but just get
a stare and silence in response to my instructions.
