#68 Internationalisation

In order to use this module other than in the USA, it needs
to allow you to configure the currency symbol used.

For parts of Europe, it would also be useful to configure the
thousands seperator - some countries use a comma instead
of a decimal point also.

And lastly the date format needs to be configurable.

This could also possibly be something that phpwebsite could
supply to the module somehow so that module writers don't
have to rewrite this each time.

Good idea. This has been suggested numerous times, i'll get
it added in the next release.
