It would be a nice option as well to set an expiration
time for agents and agencies. Somewhat like the
announcement expire time but for permissions instead.

So if you were charging for a month of "lisitng time",
their access would expire on that date.

Is that clear I hope.

I'd like to have a little more information on the actual use
of this feature. The idea is clearly stated. I'm just not
clear on the uses.

Say someone charges for a 60 days worth of "access" to post
listings. At the end of the 60 days the agent will lose
access to phpwsListings but still be a user on the site.
