A stats page for agents only that shows stats for how
long listings have been listed, how many views a lisitng
has had,the agents name, if the price has lowered etc.
Yeah, I think that is a good idea...like a
mod_phpwslistings_history table. Currently the hits are in
the mod_listings table, but I think that would be fine if it
were to stay there.

Once a listing is marked as "SOLD" keep it active to
the public for $variable set by deity. Then once the
listing is actually removed from public view, keep it
stored somewhere so only agents can access it and
then with the agent only fields, they can see how long
the listings was on the market, what was the asking
price, what it sold for and any other info the realty agents
do after it was sold. These listings should be kept for
one year once they are removed from public view and
then removed from the database after the one year. The
above information I described is VERY valuable to realty
agents, bankers and appraisers I guess. Then create
another access level that can see this "SOLD"
database, but not add new listings.

Tracking the price history probably would merit another
table. What do you think?
