For the form elements, have them say "All" by default or
some other mechanism so a user knows that they can
search all the fields.

I don't know what you are talking about. Is this related to
the other RFE about having a blank option?

Yes this is somewhat related to the other RFE I had. I was
thinking maybe it should "All" or something similar in the
select lists or something so people know that they do not
HAVE to choose from all the options and it will search all the
cities for example. Maybe just some text at the top of the
search page saying that it will search all fields by default.
I just had my wife sit down and try to use the system and
that is what she said. She didn't know it would search all the
cities for example.
