I thik that it is good idea to intagrate "More Less Exact" feature to search page.

At this moment it is no possible for user to seach
more then 2 bedroom
or
more then 2 bathrooms
or
Year Built: more then 2000
or
Size: more then 2000 sq ft

  I think all that this would require is a mod to the search page sql statements - I might try that over the weekend let you know what I find. I do like the idea you have.
