#41 UnfoldSubpages - modest title

I know somebody is looking at a CalendarListPlugin,
which might fit my needs, but here I have a
not-quite-blog, showing the 4 latest subpages to a
particular page, on the front page of a site.
Three changes - first, I've added a page= link as per
IncludePage. Second, I've added a 'smalltitle=true'
option, which if selected removes the
transclusion-title (as in my IncludePage patch earlier)
but includes the title of the subpage (just the subpage
part) at the start of the text. Third, I've reversed
the order of inclusion to cope with dates. Since I have
my dates as YYYY-MM-DD, a simple lexical sort on these
produces correct ordering every time :)

The upshot of this is that I get a set of 4 boxes,
containing things like:

2002-12-17: Added a patch to sourceforge/phpwiki
2002-12-16: Made modification to UnfoldSubpages plugin

I modified this patch slightly to properly handle names of
subpages of subpages when using smalltitle. Checked into CVS.
