Hi, is there a way to take an existing page, and change its title? What I've done so far is to create the new page with a different title, and manually transfer all of the old content, and then trry to delete the old page. If there is a better method, please let me know. Thanks, Marvin. phpwiki v 1.3.12p3 -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/How-to-change-the-title-of-a-page--tf3066214.html#a8528382 Sent from the phpwiki-talk mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |

Hi can anyone tell me, or point me to documentation on how to change the owner of a page? Basically I created a page, but want to assign a new owner so that he/she can control the content and lock it down. phpwiki version 1.3.12p.3. Thanks, Marvin. -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/How-to-change-the-current-owner-of-a-page--tf3066208.html#a8528351 Sent from the phpwiki-talk mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |

Unfortunatly I think it's not a cache issue (at least neither proxy nor browser cache) because I tried to load page2 from a different browser on a different machine. Themes are selected in config.ini The problem I got with adodb and certain cfg can be fixed with: lib/WikiDB/backend/ADODB.php:296 if (0 and $dbh->hasGenID) { This will not create a temp. sequence table. I fixed the loading virgin wiki problem, but can't seem to keep it from prompting for login everytime you go to a different page. I have USER_AUTH_ORDER set to "LDAP : Session" and USER_AUTH_POLICY set to stacked. I've also tried sett ORDER to Session : LDAP but then the LDAP authentication fails. Also ALLOW_ANON_USER, ALLOW_ANON_EDIT, and ALLOW_BOGO_LOGIN = false and ALLOW_USER_PASSWORDS = true AUTH_SESS_USER = "user[username]", I've also tried it as userid. AUTH_SESS_LEVEL = 2 Anyone have any ideas? On Fri, 2007-01-19 at 14:40 -0600, Jeff Bowes wrote: > I've installed phpwiki 1.3.13rc1 using mysql for page store and LDAP for > authentication. Hello Manuel, how do you access the page? If you access it with the link in recent changes (?) you are right. If you access the page with the url of the deleted page put it direct in the browser url field you will see the deleted page again. The Problem is that google etc. will send you users to the deleted page and they think it is the real one. -- Stefan Manuel Vacelet wrote: > 2007/1/19, Stefan <son...@ba...>: > >> hello sabri, >> >> it works as designed. thats no bug but it's useless i think. the pages >> are only marked as deleted but shown as i think from the cached version >> table. when you edit a deleted page it is empty. i agree with you that >> deleted pages should'nt be shown anymore. >> > > Hell Stefan, > > With phpwiki 1.3.10 I don't see this problem: > > After page2 deletion, when I access directly page2, I have the empty > page with 'Describe page2 here'. > > Here we still access to page2 with full history and so on. > > -- Manuel > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Take Surveys. I've installed phpwiki 1.3.13rc1 using mysql for page store and LDAP for authentication. I followed the db setup and modified the config.ini as required for mysql config and LDAP auth. But when I go to the wiki and login it loads the virgin wiki as it should initially. But now everytime i always get prompted to sign in and when going to the HomePage it says its loading the virgin wiki. |

I changed (optimized) the db Cache after 1.3.11 and forgot to add the purge_cache for the remove action. rename also has a similar problem. sorry. the browser cache has also to be invalidated. with NO_CACHE this will not be triggered and your browser will fool you. |

Hell Stefan, With phpwiki 1.3.10 I don't see this problem: After page2 deletion, when I access directly page2, I have the empty page with 'Describe page2 here'. Here we still access to page2 with full history and so on. -- Manuel |

So, I think we should also delete them from the cached version table. Don't you? Then any request for a deleted page will show up a "Sorry, this page is not in the database." message for example. >The Problem with '_supplanted' timestamp' .... is nearly as >old as phpwiki. nobody tried to fix it until today. for us we >have disabled all the warnings. 2 years ago i asked about a >tool to fix this errors but it seems to have priority 0 to fix >it. i tried to fix it by my own but i did'nt understand how it >really works. > >Stefan > >Sabri LABBENE schrieb: >> Hi all, >> >> Suppose that we have two wiki pages already created page1 >and page2 and that page1 contain a link to page2. hello sabri, it works as designed. thats no bug but it's useless i think. the pages are only marked as deleted but shown as i think from the cached version table. when you edit a deleted page it is empty. i agree with you that deleted pages should'nt be shown anymore. Hi all, Suppose that we have two wiki pages already created page1 and page2 and = that page1 contain a link to page2. If we delete page2 (using /Remove = admin action), The link to it in page1 become disabled with the question = mark at the end. If we want to access page2 directly, the page is = displayed ! It was not really removed.=20 Now back to page1, if I use the question mark to create the page, I have = this warning after saving it. lib/ArchiveCleaner.php:109: Notice: Warning: Page 'NewPage', version '1' = has no '_supplanted' timestamp (...repeated 2 times) It seems that it's a bug in phpwiki since removed pages should not be = displayed when we directly request them. What do you think ? Cheers, Sabri. |

This is very intresting, do you exepect any performances enhancement with this upgrade ? To use our wiki all users have to signin first to make changes but sometimes there are users without userid. Only the ip is logged when they do changes. After a while of testing i found the reason when this happens. The user looks at a couple of pages and then enters uid and pwd to signin. After signin he clicks to the browser back button and switches to a page where he isn't signed in before (cache). At this page he clicks again on the signin button with no userid inserted in the uid field. Now he is signed in without having an uid. I need a quick and dirty solution to solf this problem. It's easy to check if the user do have an uid when he is signed in. As solution: When i see he has no uid and is signedin, i want to sign him off. I found the code (java script) to do it with a button. Is there also a function call which i can implement to do this in the main template? I wrote this in an email before but it was a little bit confused - sorry for this. Regards Stefan |

Reini, Trying out the pdf stuff again, I have finally gotten a pdf out using the internal library :-), but it made a pdf with one page per line (168 pages). Trying to use the external pdf generator, I can get it to work from the command line, but not from the wiki. Also, I'm getting the following output a lot: <html><body><div style="font-weight:bold; color:red">Fatal Error:</div> <div class="errors"><p>f:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpwiki_cvs\lib\WikiDB\adodb\adodb-erro rhandler.inc.php:76 Error[256]: mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry 'c1b1d8e83bb8ac00a9c544d8f4a55bb2' for key 1] in EXECUTE("INSERT INTO session (sess_id, sess_data, sess_date, sess_ip) VALUES ('c1b1d8e83bb8ac00a9c544d8f4a55bb2', 'wiki_user|O:10:\"_adminuser\":11:{s:7:\"_userid\";s:5:\ "admin\";s:6:\"_level\";i:10;s:6:\"_prefs\";O: 15:\"userpreferences\":4:{s:6:\"_prefs\";a:14:{s:6:\&quo t;userid\";O:15:\"_userpreference\":2:{s:13:\"default_va lue\";s:0:\"\";s:6:\"userid\";s:5:\"admin\&quo t;;}s:6:\"passwd\";O:15:\"_userpreference\":1:{s:13:\&qu ot;default_value\";s:0:\"\";}s:9:\"autologin\";O:20 :\"_userpreference_bool\":1:{s:13:\"default_value\";b:0; }s:5:\"email\";O:21:\"_userpreference_email\":1:{s:13:\& quot;default_value\";s:0:\"\";}s:11:\"notifyPages\" ;O:22:\"_userpreference_notify\":1:{s:13:\"default_value\&quo t;;s:0:\"\";}s:5:\"theme\";O:21:\"_userpreference_t heme\":1:{s:13:\"default_value\";s:4:\"Crao\";}s:4: \"lang\";O:24:\"_userpreference_language\":1:{s:13:\&quo t;default_value\";s:0:\"\";}s:9:\"editWidth\";O:19: \"_userpreference_int\":3:{s:13:\"default_value\";d:80 </p> </div> To get the internal library to work, I had to delete this row before trying to create the pdf. Any suggestions on how to get the external one to work, and to get rid of that error? Thanks, John -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Hallo, there is a bug in phpwiki where users can edit pages without showing there userid. Now i need a solution to log users out which do not have a userid. it should be done automatic like a call like these $user->logout(); i want to add the function within a template file. Is there a function to do this? Background: When you login as a user in phpwiki and then click on the back button of your browser to get a page where you are not authentificated and then press the login button, you are authentificated without userid. Whould be nice to get a fast solution for this Regards Stefan |
