WIKI_NAME . "Signature.png" => "PhpWikiSignature.png" if your WIKI_NAME 
is "PhpWiki". You only have "signature.png", but not WIKI_NAME . 
"Signature.png"

Or change the line in themeinfo.php to
$Theme->addImageAlias('signature', "signature.png");
