Yup, I've seen it. As far as I can tell he doesn't do anything anything
special, and has no "blog-features" (archives, etc).  His blog is simply
a wiki entry. I want something more sophisticated.

I actually found that page when I was googling for "wiki + blog". That's
how I started with phpwiki :)
