[Phpwiki-talk] 1.4 before Christmas

I'd like to work on documentation and get the current code base 
released as 1.4 before Christmas. Reasons:

* 1.2.2 is a really old base and noone should be burdened with 
supporting it anymore
* 1.3.5 is really stable

I want to do an audit of the default pages, make sure all PlugIns are 
documented and have examples, and make sure the installation 
instructions are up to date.

any thoughts?
