I'd suggest removing fixed content from the default distribution or at least exclude this content from indexing by using HTML meta tags.
Spammers flood our relatively small PHPWiki installation. They probably found it by searching for "PHPWiki" on Google or something. Or does anyone else have another idea? How to get rid of this quickly?
