I've had PhPWiki running successfully for several months, and it does everything I need it to, except for one thing: I still haven't figured out how to set up even rudimentary authentication beyond bogo logins. I find the documentation on this a bit difficult to parse, to be honest.

Any of the following options would be ideal, from my perspective:

    1) The ability as Admin to create logins (w/ password) for other people, and/or

    2) E-mail validated account creation for any user.

Please let me know if clear docs on how to achieve either one already exist somewhere.

I'm running the Wiki configured with flat files, in case that matters (no MySQL for now).

Sorry, those two features we don't have yet.

      1. is possible by .htaccess file and sql auth schemes however. but not within a wiki gui.
