#617 rss plugin fails on valid rss feeds

The rss plugin seems to have problems with a number of newer rss feeds and just gives up on them. For example, see the page http://www.hollenback.net/index.php/LocationRss which includes the feed

http://www.eaglefeed.me/feed/QtR9M06yfYj4

that feeds works for example in google reader but not in the phpwiki rss plugin.

2 things regarding this (old) issue:

• The syntax used in the page linked is actually slightly incorrect for an RSS feed: should be
• In any case, the feed which is linked here is an Atom feed, which wasn’t supposed until recently. Next release should address this, though.
