In my case, when I do "TitleSearch", I'm taken to a
generic (uncreated) page "Title" search instead of seeing
results. In other words the following URL

index.php/TitleSearch?s=main

takes me to generic "TitleSearch" page, whereas

ndex.php/FullTextSearch?s=main

shows the results as it's supposed to. I tried the
"define('USE_PATH_INFO', true);" fix, but it didn't work.
