I tried to create a Wiki page "WhatTheHeckIsAWiki" on
my site. This hasn't been recognized as a valid link.
I pinpointed it down quickly: The problem is the "A".
When I entered "WhatTheHeckIsWiki" everything went
well. Obviously the "string together capitalised
words" rule is hurt here, "a" in a normal sentence
IS a word - which finally gets capitalised
in "WhatTheHeckIsAWiki".
I'm not sure is the "A" is syntactical correct in
regards to how a Wiki should work, but for a user
figuring out what this link means I'd appreciate it to
have "A" working.
This 'feature' is valid for 1.2 as well as 1.3 version
of PhpWiki.

Right. A is no word.
We don't allow one letter words yet. Do other wikis allow
that in the meantime? The reference wiki (wards wiki) does not.
The problem is also locale specific.
Which one-letter words should be allowed for english,
german, spanish, and so on?
