The current blog templates view and view.backup use h2 and h3 tags inside the box-title div.
This is not desirable as the box will thus miss an H1 header explaining its role, and will prevent themes using this H1 from working.
The lack of H1 also has a bad impact on search engine ranking.
The attached diff show the changes from the regular templates made inside the templates for my them.

I am going to change the code. Single view will be <h1>. Viewing it in a list with other blogs will be <h2>
