#335 Photo Album: rewrite
Photo Album: rewrite.
I wrote rewrite 'cause Matthew answered me that it would have been
better, but it would be extra ok to implement the actuall mod.
I believe that the Photo Album mod is one of the most important and used
mods of phpWebSite and it would require more attentions and
developing: it's so many time nothing has been done to implement it or
adding new functions!
These are just some of my requests, 'cause I would have more ideas but
these are very necessary:
1) add ability to set "restricted" setting in the permissions (inside User
Admin)
2) add ability to post comments to single photos or albums
3) add ability to import big quantity of photos from some directory (there
already used to be an hack somewhere in the old phpwebsite)
4) add ability to open photos in a new window (ok I know it's not
compliant but sometimes it's very usefull)
5) add ability to add links to the photos (just the big size)
6) add ability to clip images (very important!)
