#1 0-9 index

Currently the module lets you select businesses whose name begins
A-Z. 0-9 needs adding.

I'd guess just one entry for 0-9 would do otherwise the menu might
get a little wide. Possibly make it a catch all for anything that isn't A-
Z just in case you've a wacky business that begins with a ! or a $.

Well, it's been more than a week or two, but this has been done and added
to CVS. I am working on the other RFE's you submitted and when done
will release a version 1.1. If you don't want to wait, go ahead an checkout
the CVS for this feature.
