WebArchive has changed name to phparchive! Update your link and take a look at http://phparchive.sourceforge.net if you want download a new version.

WebArchive is a new contents management system. It works with many rdbms and generate forms to manipulate tables data and relations between them. Now it have an accounting system to manage users and grant privilieges. Finally this new version have an improved installation procedure, new calendar page and a tutorial Address Book sample.
This is also a bug fix to correct missing pathname in mysql bin.
