It was missing from PHPWeather! I have added it to the CVS system now. If
you'd like to add it to your database yourself, you need to run this kind of
command in mysql:

mysql> INSERT INTO stations SET icao="LEMO",name="Moron De La
Frontera",cc="ES",Country="Spain";
