Check the 'Unknown metar data format' thread in the sci.geo.meteorology
usegroup. It seems that the ///// format in metar is common use, although it
is not spec-ed. This was a thread in this list as well.
IMHO the script should be changed to support the ///// format.
The script needs also some rework for the use of the isset/isempty function
in the 'weather' part of the data. This was also a thread in this list.
Can you find time to change this, because half the time, the pretty_metar
ends with 'The current weather is .'
