Time issuse

I'm in central time, but no matter what offset I put, it always displays
the same wrong time. It should be -6., but it's still about 5 hours
later. Need Assistance with setting the correct time. Thank you.

Hadn't had that issue, but what about your machines settings.
Don't know if that will influence.
