Well, I've got a list from here:

and it looks like, more up2date... but if central data source for
phpweather differs from it, than it's better to leave it...

About that comma topic. My mother tongue is not english, but I'm
basically surprised how difficult this languge could be (if i compare it
with my expectation :)

BTW: One of my friends (po...@ph...), is working on decoder
of TAF. It's based on perl and he (or ', and he' ;) is trying to use a
neural network in an engine. Feel free to contanct/join him with this
task...
