php weather

Hello, i have a problem with the PHP weather...
the code that select images based on current weather
conditions have some bughs, while Outsite is snowing , for couple of =
hours (30 hours) , the phpweather is showing me that is cloudy :)
I wisited some websites that are using other tools that decodes METAR =
code, that is snowign in my city :)
Is about the LRTR.

Anyone have something to add.?

I don't have a fix for your problem, but you should try to post the
raw METAR report, so that we have something concrete to work with.
