Hi All,

I've been working through old bugs on phpweather, and I've removed most of
the developers (basically, anyone who I couldn't remember). Please don't be
offended if you got taken off, if you still want to contribute to the
project then just send me a note and I'll stick you back on.

I'm actively looking for a new admin for phpweather, since I really don't
have time to do it. If any of you are interested, again - let me know.
