won't work

I simply cannot get the PHP Weather script to work.  None 
of the test pages, nor the index.php page works.  I have 
changed several settings in hopes to fix the problem to no 
avail.  Every time that I try to get the METAR data, the 
page takes a while to load and then is not able to find 
any data.  I have my MySQL database and everything set up. 
 Can anyone help me here?

Do other PHP scripts work properly on your setup? Which version of
PHPweather are you trying to get going? What error message do you get,
specifically?
