when I tried "http://phpweather.sourceforge.net/index.php"
the only result was "no data available".
downloading from
"ftp://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observati.." also
didn't work !
BUT
"ftp://weather.noaa.gov/data/observations.." without
/pub runs !!
have they reorganized their site ??
