Changing phpweather's output

The documentation for changing the output of phpweather-2.2.2 is:

"3.1.1 Changing the Output

You can change the output of PHP Weather."


and no more.  Do more detailed instructions exist?  It seems like a =
powerful
program but I would like to customize its output a bit for use on the
website I maintain for an airport group.
