Eh yes, it is assumed that you already have an existing website that
you want to fit PHP Weather into.

You could of course just point people to the index.php page in PHP
Weather, but that's not that much fun...

Controlling the size of a popup window is normally done through
Javascript I believe, but I don't know the codes of the top of my
head.  But this page has lots of hits:
