Bug with timestamp ?

hello everyone,

I've mentioned this recently to Martin and I assume it's a known bug, 
but a quick glance through the subjects on the Bug tracker didn't show it;

I sometimes get this appearing:

The report was made 20621 hours and 55 minutes ago, at ....etc ...

However this is inconsistent; the hours and minutes shown are often 
totally correct.

I'm using MySql 4.0.21 on FreeBSD with php 4.3.9
Php Weather version 2.2.2

Anyone have a fix or suggestions?
