Farenheit temperature not printing

hello,

I have successfully stripped phpweather down to the level that i want, which 
is simply a weather icon and the current temperature, with no dew point. My 
only problem is that only celsius is printing out. This was the case even 
before I started stripping away features. Does anyone know why this might 
be?
