Yes, this would be a great idea. Sadly, PhpWeather.net (which points to PhpWeather.sf.net) is broken and has been so for a very long time now. If someone wants to build a proper website then please let me know. I've been thinking about making it a WikiWeb (a website where everybody can edit the pages) since that should make it easy for us to maintain, but that's only an idea.
