URGENT please help

I am sorry this is what it said..the ending of the code..was a bit strange 
until i noticed hotfreebies..which is another pop up banner from the host..lol

so again, please tell what can i do about this? i dont understand this.
it is the same if i change the test page to index.php i get warnings 
fsockopen ...and this seems to be a major problem there. and then it will say cannot 
get metar from nws.noaa.gov..what can i do about this? your urgent reply would 
be most appreciated, thank you again.
