Problems with phpweather

I am Sorry,
I am italian.
My english is very bad.
I have phpweather.
 Yesterday  27-10-02  at time 5:50, phpweather 
  not process $data=process_metar("$station").
 Return  null string
But Noaa Database is up.

This depend  from Noaa database ?
Is it possible file protected ?
