This is strange: data from NWS is much older than the data on the
other site, compare these two pages:

  http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/LKKB.html

  http://www.rlp.cz/ntm/METEO/HTML/LKKB.htm

How can that be?!

The rule in Danish is also different from the rule in English: we say

  en, to, tre og fire

instead of

  one, two, three, and four.

Sounds interesting, but is it necessary to use a neural network to
decode a TAF report?! :-) Or is the TAF decoding part of a larger
project which uses a neural network.
