Those calculations are totally wrong - I forgot that we want to fetch
the data several times each day. So you should multiply the figures
with 24 or 48 to get some more realistic numbers.

I've filled a support request at SourceForge, so new we're waiting for
an answer from both the NWS and SourceForge:
