Centos 7 how to add 1 secondary hd in phpVirtualbox?

I have 1 dedicated server with 2 hours followed by on the partition:

1-hd of 1 tera (where centos is installed)
2 - hd another partition of 1 tera empty how can i use in php virtualbox the 2 hds?

Thus, when a new machine can be used, the hard disk and the space of 500 gb the second secondary in / home / vbox / hd

How can I resolve to use the 2 hds?
