Can't RDP with external authentification set

When trying to get the console with external authentification set, I get an errot TCP : Close
(I have filled login and password)
When i change the configuration of the authentification to "none" I get the console.

This occurs only with phpvirtualbox.
I can connect with external authentification set with Remmina

Virtual box version 5.018
phpvirtualbox version : 5.0-5

Host : Ubuntu 16.04
Webserver for phpvirtualbox : Ubuntu 15.10

Any Idea

I have the folowwing message :
coyotte VBoxHeadless: pam_unix(login:auth): authentication failure; logname= uid=999 euid=999 tty= ruser= rhost= user=sylvain

uid 999 is thie uid of vbox user (Wich run VM)
sylvain is a normal user
