The total core count may not exceed the threads of the CPU.
I read they would share CPU performance if 2 or more VMs had more then host OS had threads.
And well .. they do not..
Now I have 6cores/12threads with 1vm 4cores, 1vm 2cores and last vm 6 cores.

Hello
I have a Ubuntu 12.04 server running.
Virtualbox and phpVirtualBox installed.
But after some time it always crashes, totay I want to have a look what error it gives.
Previous I rebooted remotly as the server is not at my home.
I could not see mutch of the error... And I have no idea if there is any log file.

I think it's Virtualbox or phpVirtualbox, as there is nothing else on the server installed..
