I've been running Virtualbox 4.3.x for a while now. Recently it upgraded to 4.3.30 and now I can no longer access any of the VMs by Remote Desktop Connection. The following error is what I receive after trying to access it:

"This computer can't connect to the remote computer. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator. "

I've never had this issue before. My host machine is Ubuntu server 14.10. Guest machines range from Ubuntu server 14.10, Windows 7, and Windows 12 Server. I'm getting the errors on my Win10 laptop and on my phone. I don't believe it's a firewall issue. This is happening on my LAN and from WAN. I have even updated to the most recent extension pack.

Note: I am connecting to the host machine. Example would be 192.168.1.112:9004

Any idea where I can find logs of what could be causing this? I do appreciate the help. Thank you!

      Hello,

This is a virtualbox issue. You probably need to install the extension pack again. If you have any questions or trouble, please post them at virtualbox.org.
