I stoped all vms, removed vbox 4.3, installed vbox 5, removed extpack for 4.3 and installed extpack for 5.0 and then I copied only the config.php from the old phpvirtualbox installation.
Now RDP is always grayed out.
Issue is only on Chrome. Firefox is working well. Also the normal RDP Client can connect without problems. So I think its a Problem related to Google Chrome.
