Could not connect to host after reboot

Hey all.
So I had a powercut last night and my server rebooted its self when the
power came back on.
Everything booted up fine, my vms started up nicely by themselves,
The only issue is I cant login to phpVirtualbox.

I am getting this error

I have tested it multiple times when setting it up and on each reboot I
could log in fine, its just after the powercut where I am having issues,
Im not sure where to begin with testing so if anyone can help out it
would be of great help.
Ill comment with more info as I figure it out
