I've tried a number of possible solutions, but cannot find a way to enable the "Group" menu options in phpVirtualBox (4.3 series). I've enabled/disabled $phpVboxGroups, but both the right-click and "Machine" menus are still greyed out. This is the case whether powered on, off, or in saved state. Several screen shots depicting this behavior are below.
Note that using "VBoxManage --modifyvm ..." shell commands on the server still re-assign the VMs in and out of groups as expected, and those changes are reflected in the web interface.
