I have started to make a rpm with your work to give easier the installation of phpvirtualbox on the SME Server O.S (based on CentOS). I'm Still in beta status but i can work and play with virtualization.
I have Written a Wiki page here http://wiki.contribs.org/Phpvirtualbox and i have asked to help your project by money donation, as you can see. It could be nice that you put a paypal button directly in the front page of your project. I do not know if it is possible :)
I'm waiting about the 4.3.0.1 version to leave the beta status, and i want to thank you a lot for your work Ian.
have you think about a mailing list to announce your new release to software maintainers ?

I am very interested in this project. I have a test server running. I will try out your rpm. Where can i send feedback for my experiences?
Unfortunately I read that phpVirtualBox is no longer supported, can anyone confirm?

phpvirtualbox is not affiliated with virtualbox, and thus it seems that you can not ask about support on virtualbox forums.
