For anyone interested, I thought I would share with you my RPM specfile for phpVirtualBox: https://github.com/TravisPaul/spec-phpvirtualbox
If there is any interest I can host a yum repo with pre-built RPMs. I have tried to keep this as close to fedora/epel standards as possible.
Sadly this will not make it into any official fedora/epel repos unless VirtualBox is pulled in as well (highly unlikely).
Yum repos with pre-built RPMS are now available here: http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/travispaul/misc/
