[Phpvideopro-developers] VideoCD Support

First: Sorry for my absence for such a long time...

Second: if anybody is still using our little app, please update from CVS
and check the VCD support I just added. Was just a little thing, and I
don't thing it messed up anything - but the better proof is much
testing. Here everything seems to work fine. If it stays such, I would
like to make a release again before starting with more work on it - I
hope to do the label stuff within the next days (with some luck), but if
I can't finnish it, there won't be a release before I did cause the code
may be a bit mixed up then :)

So, any reports/hints are welcome!
